Day 1 Thonon les Bains
On this free day you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with your bike and the traffic. If time permits you will get an opportunity to ride around thonon and the lake Leman shore.
Day 2 Thonon Les Bains - Interlaken 230 km
To start our trip we will cross the Chablais mountain range and enter Switzerland and stop in Gruyères, known for its cheese but also for its medieval castle. Then we will reach the Brienz lake at the feet of the Jungfrau summit.
Day 3 Interlaken - Como lake 250 km
We leave the valleys and lakes to climb all the mythical high alpine passes. This twisty day will take us through the emblematic passes of the Grand Alps: Gotthard, Furka, Grimsel. An unforgettable ride. Finally we will descend to the lakes of Lugano and Como where you will recover from your emotions and enjoy the view on the lake.
Day 4 Como lake – Bormio 240 km
Impossible to leave Lake Como without visiting its most famous village: Bellagio. Then along the banks of the lake you can visit the museum of the Moto Guzzi factory in Mandello del Lario. Finally you will leave the turquoise banks for the first alpine foothills and sleep at the foot of the Stelvio.
Day 5 Bormio – Dolomites 222 km
Straight after your breakfast, you will climb the 35 headpins and switchbacks of the Stelvio pass, the highest mountain pass of the Alps whose view to the summit is striking. You will then enter the Italian region of South Tyrol Alto Adige and ride between vineyards and orchards and stay in the heart of the Dolomites in a mountain resort.
Day 6 Dolomites - Zell Am See 228 km
Still many passes for the day including the Giau and Marmolada. But it is especially the summit of Tre Cime di Lavaredo that will leave you speechless. Then it is Austria that welcomes you with one of its most beautiful alpine route known to all motorcyclists: The Grossglockner, crisscrossed in summer by thousands of bikers from all over Europe. You will then reach Zell am See on the shores of the lake where you can taste a well-deserved rest.
Day 7 Zell Am See - Garmisch Partenkirchen 195 km
You will start your day with the impressive Krimml falls, the highest in Europe, then cross the Tyrol region to enter Bavaria and make a stop at its biggest mountain resort : Garmisch Partenkirken.
Day 8 Garmisch - Constance lake 212 km
We will garmisch and follow the alpenstrasse that crosses all the typical bavarian villages like the famous Oberammergau to the most iconic castle of Neuschwanstein who inspired so much Disney.
Day 9 Constance lake – Strasbourg 240 km
Alpenstrasse will take you back to France, without missing the shores of Lake Constance and the magnificent falls of the Rhein in Schaffhausen. You will reach Alsace by the massif of the Black Forest and stay in one of its most beautiful cities: Strasbourg.
