DAY 1 ARRIVAL DAY NETANYA

Overnight in Netanya

DAY 2 NETANYA – SEA OF GALILEE

Today after we pick our bikes, we’ll enjoy a pleasant ride along the coastal highway to a view point on Mt. Carmel. From there we head north to the City of Akko, a world heritage site. From Akko we will head east through the upper Galilee along the Lebanese border and beautiful winding roads. The next destination is the impressive city of Kinneret, Sea of Galilee. We will spend the night in the area of the Sea of Galilee.

DAY 3 SEA OF GALILEE – SEA OF GALILEE

Today we take our bikes and we will ride further north to a lookout on the Lebanese border and the beautiful Hula valley. Depending on the season, our route will take us on a road parallel to the Jordan River. This section is an off-road trail. We continue riding till we reach the Golan Heights and stop for lunch under Mt Bental, a high dead volcano which gives an amazing 360 degrees view and a lookout into Syria. The next stop will be at the beautiful viewpoint of the Kinneret - Sea of Galilee. After that the road will take us to the meeting point of the borders of Israel, Syria and Jordan. Overnight in area of the Sea of Galilee.

DAY 4 SEA OF GALILEE - JERUSALEM

After breakfast we take our bikes and head to visit the ruins of the ancient city of Beit Shean After that we’ll ride to the Gilboa mountain range for a scenic road and wonderful views of the valleys around. In the afternoon we’ll reach Jerusalem where we’ll visit some parts of the city We’ll remain overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 5 JERUSALEM - JERUSALEM

Today we take our bikes and head to Jerusalem. Here we’ll try to understand why Jerusalem is so important for the Jews, Christians and Muslims. We will visit the old city as well as part of the new city. We’ll spend the night in Jerusalem. Sites: Jerusalem, Mt Olives viewpoint, Old City tour, City of David (depending on the season), Israel museum- 2nd temple time model/Shire of Books, Machne Yehuda market, Holocaust museum

Day 6 JERUSALEM – DEAD SEA AREA

Today we will ride all the way to the lowest point on earth. Visit the Jordan river and the world heritage site of Masada, an impressive 2,000-year-old fortress. Then we’ll descend to the Dead Sea, where we’ll spend the rest of the day. Overnight at the dead sea.

DAY 7 DEAD SEA AREA – REST DAY

Rest day at the Dead Sea. Self-riding in the area is optional. Overnight at the Dead Sea

DAY 8 DEAD SEA – TEL AVIV

After breakfast we will ride to the Nabatian city of Avdat and learn how the people who controlled the incense trade for centuries lived in the desert. Then we will ride to will ride to Ramon Crater - the largest erosion crater in the world. In the afternoon we will make our way to Tel Aviv, where we’ll spend the night.

DAY 9 TEL AVIV

In the last day of the tour we will visit the old city of Jaffa and some parts of Tel Aviv. Depending on the departure flight, you we have two options. You can return the bike and go to the airport or you can visit another site before returning the bikes and going to the airport.
