Day 1 ARRIVAL IN VICHY
Arrival of participants and hotel check in
Day 2 VICHY - LE MONT DORE 153 km
Ride in the valley of the Sioule river and stop at the roman church of Orcival. Medieval village of Besse en Chandesse and ride to the St Robert pass. Night in Le Mont-Dore, an old style spa resort.
Day 3 LE MONT DORE – MURAT 139 km
Lake of Bort les Orgues with its dam and the Val castle. Medieval village of Salers and ride to the summit of Puy Mary.
Day 4 MURAT – ESTAING 123 km
Ride in the Truyère valley with the Garabit Viaduct. Stop at Chaudes Aigues spa resort and visit of Laguiole knives factory.
Day 5 ESTAING - LE PUY EN VELAY 156 km
Ride through the Aubrac plateau and the Allier gorges. Afternoon in historical town of Le Puy en Velay.
